Problem / Observations 🔬

Edit Icons (Link, ... bold ... Italic ...) above Edit Text window do no longer work after Update. But Smiley Icons do work

STR:

  1. Download and install FP 1.4.1 from here
  2. Unzip and install on server as "flatpress-1.4.1"
  3. Start a new posting and try the edit icons:
    » should work fine, BBC Code Tags become inserted
  4. download Master 1.5.1 RC from github – my one download 2026-01-10 with latest change "Correction: -f removed from newsletter 12 hours ago"
  5. Unzip and install on server as "flatpress-1.4.1" (replace all existing files)
  6. Start a new posting and try the edit icons:
    » expected: should work fine, BBC Code Tags become inserted » actual: works fine, BBC Code Tags become inserted 👍 – I am not able to reproduce my observations from "Edit Mode: Icons for Heading, Link ... do not work after Update"
